In an effort to implement intrapreneurship within its employees, al jabr worked with KR Infrastructure, a subsidiary under the Khimji Ramdas conglomerate in Oman. The objectives of the program were centered around upskilling intrapreneurs, problem solving, and achieving long term impact.
Through a group of different level employees, the corporate innovation sprint labs took place over the following three phases:
Pre-sprint challenge scoping
The end objective of the sprint was to identify whether the company needs a startup incubator, accelerator, or hackathons to provide solutions and increase revenue. The proposed initiative would have been delivered by al jabr with different level employees taking part to develop the solutions
