DEMO DAY!
After six months of development and mentorship, startups will have the opportunity to pitch their innovative ideas during our Demo Day. This event allows entrepreneurs to showcase how their projects have evolved through the program to potential angel investors and industry leaders.
The winner of Demo Day will receive up to OMR 240K in funding, providing essential support to propel their startup forward. This event serves as a pivotal milestone, offering invaluable exposure and networking opportunities that can significantly influence each startup's future success.
Program Breakdown
Month 1: Problem Identification & Customer Validation
Startups will focus on setting their long-term goals and understanding their product’s potential through market research and customer validation.
Month 2: Product Development & Business Models
Participants will develop their branding strategy and online presence while creating a detailed product roadmap. The focus will be on agile product management and preparing for investor meetings.
Month 3: Market Fit and Scaling
The emphasis will be on refining sales channels, managing financial metrics, and communicating product value. Startups will prepare for compliance, conduct a soft launch, and gather feedback to enhance their product.
Month 4: Product-Market Fit & Scaling Operations
Startups will work on scaling strategies, advanced customer engagement, and managing tax compliance. The focus will be on attracting talent, optimizing operations, and preparing for scaling.
Month 5: Strategic Partnerships and Data
Participants will identify strategic partnerships and enhance data analysis capabilities. The focus will be on operational efficiency, understanding the MENA ecosystem, and leveraging data for business growth.
Month 6: Final Preparation and Demo Day
Startups will prepare for their final pitch, refine their exit strategies, and build their data rooms. The program concludes with Demo Day, where startups present their progress to potential investors and stakeholders.
