Cyber Oman is a 2-year program run by a cohort of Plexal, Al JABR, Protection Group International and the UK Oman Digital Hub. The project consists of 2 main pillars: - Digital Economy - Cyber skills The digital economy strand aims to "Secure SMEs," this is where the cyber Oman team will plug into various existing accelerator and incubator programs and provide deep dives into cybersecurity. The first pilot program has launched with 6 startups from Omantel's innovation labs. The second part is "Scaling SMEs", where the Cyber Oman team will look to bridge the gap between industry opportunities and startup capabilities. From a skills perspective the project will look to develop a cybersecurity workforce framework in collaboration with various cybersecurity teams around the Sultanate of Oman.

Shira'a incubator is a one-of-a-kind startup incubation program operated in three main free zones in the Sultanate of Oman (Sohar, Duqm, and Salalah). Al Jabr leads the operation in Shira'a incubator - Shira'a enables enterprises to fast-track their functions, focusing on four primary pillars: - Business operations consultation. - Finance consultation. - Marketing consultation. - Legal consultation. The incubation program's duration is 3-Years long. As for the duration the enterprises would spend on the program depends on their growth status and which stage they are; The program differs from company to company, depending on where they stand in their entrepreneurial journey. The program extends its involvement beyond consultations by creating networking events, series of workshops and discussions to increase investment and post-incubation opportunities as well as creating a platform to increase awareness about them.

The program enables creative enterprises to fast-track their functions, focusing on four primary pillars: ​ - Business operations - Finance - Marketing - Legal The incubation program is a three-year program in which the duration each enterprise is incubated varies on based on its status and growth. The program extends its role by creating events in which incubated enterprises can network, attain potential business opportunities, workshops and marketing activities to grow awareness and opportunities of growth for the incubated enterprises.

Dotnxt is one of Oman's leading programs in frontier technologies. In the second addition of the program in 2022, ALJABR had an important role in facilitating and developing the 3rd phase of the program which was a 6-week bootcamp. The 2nd cohort of the program consisted of 75 participants, these were turned into 15 teams for the bootcamp. Through an intense 1-week sprint and a 4-week accelerator program, these teams were thoroughly developed from an ideation stage all the way to having an MVP & being able to pitch in front of investors. The Sprint was developed and executed by several members of Al Jabr's team with the aim of refining each team's idea & ensuring they had a solid foundation before entering the accelerator program. The participants went through several workshops during the accelerator delivered by the University of Salford and Al Jabr. Each team also had an assigned mentor from Al Jabr's wide ecosystem. Due to Al Jabr's commitment to the continuity of these teams Al Jabr will follow up with all Dotnxt teams for 6 months to ensure they have all the necessary tools to launch their concept.
