Samahram incubator is a program operated and held in Salalah at the Sultan Qaboos Complex Youth Culture & Entertainment in a corporation with SME Authority operated by Al Jabr. The program enables creative enterprises to fast-track their functions, focusing on four primary pillars:

The incubation program is a three-year program in which the duration each enterprise is incubated varies on based on its status and growth.

The program extends its role by creating events in which incubated enterprises can network, attain potential business opportunities, workshops and marketing activities to grow awareness and opportunities of growth for the incubated enterprises.
