An initiative by Youth center - Ministry of Culture, Sport and Youth delivered by Al Jabr to help transferring knowledge and create specialized communities in different fields, starting with Economy, Art and culture, Future Tech, Energy and sustainability.

The initiative works on growing a small clusters of well educated individuals who are able to use their skills to transfer knowledge to others. The initiative has an online platform for it community and it will also be traveling to all governance (9) for a roadshow presentation and a workshop.
